This automatic non-contact thermometer is powered by infra-red technology which automatically picks up the heat radiated by the forehead and displays an accurate reading on the large digital LCD display in under one second. Readings over 37.5 degrees activate the alarm and warn of high temperatures synonymous with flu and viruses.
